Gary Piscal is Vice President of 3PL Services for Carrier Industries Inc., one of The Shevell Group of Companies. (The Shevell Group of Companies includes NEMF, Eastern Freightways, Carrier Industries, and Apex Logistics Inc.) Carrier Industries is a third-party logistics company providing transportation, warehouse and distribution services.
Mr. Piscal oversees all aspects of Carrier Industries and its 400 employees, including the management of existing accounts and growth of new business. Carrier Industries has four operations in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island with more than 300,000 square feet of warehouse capacity. He is also responsible for the operation of Carrier Industries' dedicated 250-driver fleet and the efficient management of facilities that provide multiple levels of services for the retail and import industry.
Before his appointment as Vice President in 2005, he served as Director of Dedicated Services for Carrier Industries from 2000 to 2005. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President of Operations for Guaranteed Overnight Delivery, Inc. With experience in both sales and operations, he has over 25 years experience in the LTL transportation and logistics industry.
Mr. Piscal attended Montclair State College and Thomas Edison State College majoring in Business Administration. He and his wife Christine reside in Wayne NJ with their daughter Lisa and son Joseph.
