Ed Generous is Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for The Shevell Group of Companies, which includes NEMF, Eastern Freightways, Carrier Industries, and Apex Logistics, Inc. He is responsible for sales at all companies in the group and oversees the newly established marketing department.
Mr. Generous, who has more than 30 years of industry experience in sales, business planning and marketing, joined NEMF in 2002 as Vice President - National Accounts. Prior to that, he had been Vice President of Northeast Group Sales & Marketing responsible for national accounts and field sales for Yellow Transportation.
Mr. Generous received his Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Hartford. He also studied at Sales and Development Training at Appalachian State University.
Generous and his wife, Susan, reside in Cheshire, CT. They have 2 children - Megan, 24 and Matthew, 22.
